Project Description:
The South Side Communication Center serves as an open access computer cluster providing residents with free public access to computers with internet connectivity and on-site assistance. It will be a central base for community unification while increasing the community’s computer resources. The center provides a platform for several SCC and Syracuse University’s South Side Initiative projects, including The Stand newspaper and the Networking Academy classes, respectively.

Syracuse community businesses and organizations are able to reserve meeting and workshop space in the South Side Communication Center.
